if one is on probtion in riverside county and failed to attend the weekends work release program as well as ?
missing thier probation app is it likely apon entering court that they will be reinstated or sentenced to serve thier time in jail?

You are looking at jail time sister.....You are lucky you aren't in TEXAS, especially Harris County.

If you missed your appt and didn't get to your week-end jail plus didn't call to let your probation officer know what's up. If you are not doing anything to try to get a hold of your PO then a warrant will be issued for your arrest. You will go to jail then go to court and then the PO will tell the judge what he wants done to you. You will be facing jail time so you will be given an attorney and he will try to keep you from going back to jail. It all depends on your criminal record and what you're doing to help yourself.

well unless you have really, and I mean really good excuses, or the judge is just feeling overly generouse.

Your probation would be violated and you really run the risk of going back to jail to serve out your time.
