Anywhere in downtown Riverside and near the UCR campus.
Answer 2 :
Avoid college bars, they don't tip. Try to work part time in a restaurant with a bar, or a small lounge. Or a busy bar near a train station or bus depot. Catering bar jobs are good too. Wedding halls and VFW or American Legions etc.

Lounge 33 is up scale. nice place. El Torito at the Plaza is alright. Same for Killarneys
